A few items don't go in these categories:

Inventory and raw materials for products you sell are part of cost of goods sold (Schedule C Part III), not Supplies.
Your own retirement contributions (for example, a SEP IRA or solo 401(k) for you as the owner) are a separate deduction on Schedule 1. The Pension and Profit-Sharing category is for employees only.
Your own health insurance premiums are a separate deduction on Schedule 1, not Employee Benefit Programs.
Vehicle lease payments go under Rent or Lease (Vehicles and Equipment). Don't list them again under Car and Truck Expenses.
